We use the best materials available in the market. Gujarat sand is used for Plastering & Waterproofing works. Traditional Creek sand is used for flooring works in all rooms except bathrooms. All works related to bathrooms are done with Gujarat sand.

Our experienced team inspects the quality of Ceramic/Vitrified tiles of every batch prior to delivery from Vendors’ showrooms/Go downs.
Our Experience Plumbers are highly skilled & Installation of concealed piping & leak testes are carried out prior to the laying of Tiles.

CPVC & UPVC Piping & Fixtures are mostly Astral Flow Guard pro or equivalent. Proper thickness & Diameter of pipes are used according to the layout and flat elevation from Overhead tank.
Sanitary/Plumbing materials are procured from trusted local suppliers of Best manufacturers of India.

Material selections are done through Joint Visit with clients & S R Engineering representatives at local Vendor showrooms for selection of Tiles, Sanitary & Plumbing etc.
